So I wondered what the S&P P&F price target was back in early April 2010 before the April 26 climax. Turns out, if you draw a daily P&F chart using 3.8 points per box, you connect the March 2009 low with the February 2010 low. This matches the 1x1 P&F trend line to the dominant trend support line at the time.
The P&F price target was 1330. We failed to reach that target of course, but I find it interesting that we are encountering a bunch of resistance at 1330 recently.

Looks like we may be headed for an unusual sunspot activity.

Does anyone know how sunspot cycles correlate with market activity?
My best guess is that it marks the start of a bear market. Can anyone confirm? Any experts out there?
Charles Nenner watches them closes and I am pretty confident he views excessive sun spot activity as bearish the stock market.
ReplyDeleteParker, 1330 is the 2X point from the 667 low. Another reason for the resistance. All day long the ES tried but could not enter yesterday's value area.

ReplyDeleteI talked of the 1333 price area for important resistance…….the night session has hit 1332.75! Any closing above will signal a test of 1342 with any closing below 1333 or failure showing a topping price formation! Good trading!
